Gruffalo give away terms and conditions
- The Scottish Friendly Gruffalo give away is open to all UK residents aged 16 or under, except anyone directly connected with the give away; employees of Scottish Friendly and their affiliates, dealers, distributors, other retail staff and any of the family members of the above entities are not eligible.
- The give away will run from the 3rd June and close at midday on the 17th June. Any entries received outwith these dates will not qualify for the give away.
- The winners will be the first 200 entries received by the closing date.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this give away
- To enter, please post your child’s completed picture to the Scottish Friendly Facebook page or Twitter page, email it to us at [email protected] or by post to Marketing, 16 Blythswood Square, Scottish Friendly House, Glasgow, G2 4HJ.
- Prizes will be delivered to the winners in the form of a Gruafflo soft toy. There are six characters available and one will be sent at random.
- Winners will be notified by email, post or through social media within 7 days of the give away closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered.
- By entering this give away, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cease the give away at any time.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winners in relation to the promotion and the prize(s) to be awarded.
- The decision of the Promoter will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
