• The Scheme was sanctioned in the substantive hearing of the Petition in the Hong Kong Court which took place on 13 February 2026.  The transfer contemplated under the Scheme has been approved by the Hong Kong Court.

• The Hong Kong Court has approved the transfer contemplated under the Scheme.

• The transfer of the Hong Kong long term insurance businesses of Canada Life Limited (“CLL”) to MyPace Life Limited (“MPL”) was completed on 1 March 2026.

The CT MM Navigator Fund merged into the CT Multi‑Manager Universal Cautious Fund on 3 November 2025.

Policyholders invested in the SF CT MM Navigator Fund will now see the fund name updated to SF CT Multi‑Manager Universal Cautious Fund.

Please note that your fund description remains unchanged, and there are no changes to the fees you pay for this fund.

No action is required from policyholders.

The SF CL Property Fund and SF CL UK Property Funds have been suspended with effect from midday on 12 October 2023.

This follows Canada Life’s decision to suspend the LF CanLife UK Property fund, in which the unit-linked SF CL Property and SF CL UK Property funds invests. Therefore, no transactions will be processed on these funds including switches and withdrawals.  

Scottish Friendly will continue to collect premiums on your behalf. Where they are due to be invested in the SF CL Property or SF CL UK Property fund, they will instead be redirected to another fund.

Further information will be provided through the website, and Scottish Friendly will write out to all policyholders affected in due course.

The 8th distribution from the LF CanLife Property fund was made during July 2025 with proceeds moved to the SF CL Money fund.

The ‘UK Smaller Companies Fund’ merged with the 'UK Special Situations Fund’ with effect from 7 March 2025.

Policyholders who hold the SF Ninety-One UK Smaller Companies Fund will see their investment change from the SF Investec UK Smaller Companies Fund to the SF Ninety-One UK Special Situations Fund.

Policyholders will receive communication regarding the impact to individual investments.

The ‘Ninety-One Multi Asset Protector Fund’ has merged with the ‘Ninety-One Diversified Income Fund’ with effect from 16 May 2025.

Policyholders who hold the SF Ninety-One Multi Asset Protector funds will see their investment change from the Ninety-One Multi Asset Protector Fund to the Ninety-One Diversified Income Fund.

The ‘SVM Continental Europe Fund’ has merged with the ‘SVM RGI Europe Fund ’ with effect from 19 September 2025. Policyholders who hold the SF SVM Continental Europe funds will see their investment change from the SVM Continental Europe Fund to the SVM RGI Europe Fund.
