We're committed to complying with our Memorandum and Rules, and strive to adopt the principles of the AFM Corporate Governance Code for Mutual Insurers.

At Scottish Friendly we currently have five committees:

  • Investment

Each has it’s own terms of references, membership and remit that has been agreed by the Board.
