Terms and conditions

• The prize draw is only open to those who have received entry details from Scottish Friendly and this will be included in your welcome pack, via email or sent to you by letter.

• Note there is no additional cost on these products in respect of this prize draw.

• Only customers who are aged 18 years or over and resident in UK are eligible for this prize draw.

• Employees of Scottish Friendly and their affiliates, dealers, distributors and other retail staff; any of the family members of the above entities are not eligible.

• You will automatically be entered into the prize draw if you complete the short questionnaire and email us to confirm that you want to be entered within the calendar month in which you complete the survey.

• No entries will be accepted after this date.

• Entry is limited to one entry per person, household and email address.

• All entries which are incomplete or illegible or defaced or damaged (as determined by Scottish Friendly in their absolute discretion) will be void.

• The Prize Draw for entries received each calendar month will be made by the end of the following month.

• The winner will be randomly selected from qualifying entries who have correctly completed the questionnaire.

• The winner will be notified within 28 days of the prize draw being made.

• A £50 My Rewards gift card will be awarded to the winners of the prize draw. There will be two winners each month.

• The My Reward gift card will be delivered to the winners within 6 weeks after the prizes have been won (as determined by Scottish Friendly in their absolute discretion).

• Scottish Friendly reserves the right to replace the prize with one of similar value should the prize be unavailable for any reason.

• There is no cash or credit alternative available to prizes.

• Scottish Friendly reserves the right to publicise that the draw has taken place each month and the surname and county of the winners can be provided on request by contacting Scottish Friendly.

Scottish Friendly assume no responsibility and are not liable for the loss or late receipt through the post of any questionnaire or postcard entry, notification or other communication or through a temporary technical problem with the prize draw webpage. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Scottish Friendly decision is final in all matters.
